Terms And Conditions – Loyalty Program

  1. The Tenfold Rewards card is issued by and remains the property of Tenfold Investments Pty Ltd, ABN 57 106 990 934 (Tenfold).
  2. Application for, and/or use of your Tenfold Rewards card, is deemed acceptance of the Tenfold Rewards Terms and Conditions.
  3. For enquiries or to report lost or stolen cards call management on 08 6147 4500 or send them to PO Box 666, Balcatta WA 6914.
  4. Tenfold Rewards sign-up procedure:
    1. Sign-up is open to all Australian residents and visitors who are 18 years and older.
    2. New members can sign up via:
      1. Online forms available at www.tenfoldinvestments.com.au or venue websites or Facebook pages
        • All mandatory details must be completed to submit form/application
        • Once submitted, new members will receive an email to verify their email account
        • Once verified, a Tenfold Rewards card will be issued at the nominated ‘local’ venue and requires the new member to collect in person. No cards will be posted. Card pick-up will not be available after 6.00 pm.
      2. Physical sign-up form in the venue.
        • All mandatory details must be completed
        • Once submitted staff will activate and provide the new member with their Tenfold Rewards card.
      3. The Tenfold Rewards card can be used at Tenfold Hospitality Group venues, excluding Ashby Village Coffee House, where the Tenfold Reward card is not valid. See below table for Member status and benefits details
        1. Earning and redeeming Loyalty points and benefits are valid on food and beverage only at all venues, NOTE point Redemption is not available at The Ashby Liquor Superstore or The Gate Bottleshop. For a full list of participating venues visit tenfoldinvestments.com.au
        2. To earn and /or redeem points, members must present their Tenfold Rewards card to staff at point of sale when ordering. Staff will NOT be able to process points without your card and will not be able to award points after the sale is completed.
        3. There are no fees associated with signing up. Any incidental costs relating to Tenfold Rewards are the sole responsibility of the cardholder including costs associated with providing replacement cards.
        4. Tenfold Rewards cards are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. The member who signed up to receive the card is the only person entitled to use the card.
        5. Lost or stolen cards must be reported to management immediately, replacement cards will incur a $10.00 fee.
      4. Loyalty points are not available to be earnt or redeemed on the below items and services:
        1. Purchase price of tickets for ticketed Functions or events
        2. Prepaid Food or Beverage Packages
        3. Equipment Hire etc
        4. TAB
        5. Gift cards/vouchers
        6. Cigarettes and Tobacco Products
        7. Merchandise
        8. Not available in conjunction with any other offers or promotions
        9. When redeeming points
      5. Existing Club card member points will be transferred to your Tenfold Rewards card.
      6. By becoming a member of the Tenfold Rewards loyalty program, the card recipient agrees and acknowledges they will be entered on Tenfold databases and will receive promotional material such as
        1. Exclusive member offers, promotions, events and invitations
        2. These will be sent out via email and/or SMS to the details provided at time of sign up.
        3. To redeem, members must present their Tenfold Rewards card to staff at point of sale when ordering.
        4. It is the member’s responsibility to keep contact details associated with their Tenfold Rewards card up to date. No responsibility will be taken for missed offers and/or promotions. Members can update their details by using the link provided in each email sent.
      7. Tenfold Rewards points may, at Tenfold’s discretion, expire or be cancelled.
      8. Tenfold reserves the right to accept or reject any application for a Tenfold Rewards card at its sole discretion.
      9. Tenfold reserves the right to, at its discretion, suspend or terminate a Tenfold Rewards membership for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any engagement in or suspicion of fraudulent conduct or improper use of the card or if a member opts-out of all Tenfold communication. If a Tenfold Rewards membership is terminated, the member will not be eligible to receive any vouchers or other rewards thereafter.
      10. Tenfold reserves the right to suspend, vary, alter or amend all or any part of these Terms and Conditions, or terminate the Tenfold Rewards program at any time.
      11. By applying for and/or using a Tenfold Rewards card, each member agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Tenfold’s privacy policy.

The below table sets out the basic benefits of the Tenfold Rewards program.

Membership levels are based on 12 month period and are assessed quarterly in terms of maintenance and immediately in terms of achievement.

Bonus points may be available from time to time on certain products and/or in certain areas of the Venue.

*Function Host Bonus – Host a function for 20 or more people and receive bonus points. Bonus points will be allocated the day after the function has been hosted.

** Event Priority – Tenfold venues may offer members priority access to Venue events.  The level of benefit may vary for different membership levels.

*** Special Events – Tenfold venues may hold various special member-only events. Not all membership levels will be eligible for all events and Tenfold reserves the right to decide when and how many of these events are held.

Terms & Condition

These terms & conditions relate to the operations Tenfold Investments Pty Ltd ABN 57 106 990 934 and its subsidiaries (together Tenfold Investments, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ ) for all functions, special & ticketed events.

1. FUNCTIONS & EVENTS

1.1 Confirmation of Bookings& Deposits
In order to confirm your event booking, we require a full payment of the quoted minimum food spend. If the deposit and booking are not received we reserve the right to allocate the area(s) to another booking. Final numbers are to be confirmed 5 days prior to your event and full payment is to be received by the agreed date.

1.2 Cancellation
Fees will apply to all cancelled event bookings. Event bookings will need to give 10 days notice to receive a full refund. Any function cancellations that do not give the relevant notice will forfeit the agreed deposit or payment(s) made to the venue.

1.3 Payment
We accept cash, credit card or Eftpos. Direct debit will also be accepted provided a remittance is emailed to the functions coordinator within 72 hours prior to the event. Any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

1.4 Minimum Spend/Guest Numbers
We reserve the right to apply minimum food and beverage charges where an area is specifically allocated for an event. We also reserve the right to refuse a function booking or section off an exclusive area(s) based on guest numbers or minimum spend requirements.

1.5 Equipment, Decorations & Entertainment
Please ask our functions coordinator about decorations, entertainment, equipment hire and any special requirements to tailor your event. Extra charges may apply. Items supplied by the Venue may incur extra charges.

1.6 Dress Code
It is a requirement of the event organizer/client that the guests attending the event are informed of the dress code and any requirements. Please refer to our website for further information; theashbybarandbistro.com.au

1.7 Commencement Times
Access to an event or area earlier than the stated start time will require prior arrangement with the venue.

1.8 Ticketed Events, Bookings & Cancellations
All tickets must be paid in full at time of booking unless discussed prior to ticketing. Please choose carefully as no refund will be given for incorrect purchases or change of mind.

1.9 Supply of Alcoholic Beverages
We retain the right to refuse the supply of alcoholic beverages to any guest(s) attending the venue that are underage, intoxicated or displaying suspicious or offensive behaviour. In accordance with in-house policy and the Liquor Control Act 1988.

2.0 Underage Guests
Children must remain seated & with their legal guardians at all times. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1988. Curfews do apply in some circumstances. (Unless pre arranged with management.)

2.1 Responsibility
The client is legally responsible for any damage that is sustained to the venue or any other property whilst attending or holding and event.

2.2 Food & Beverage Offerings
Our venue reserves the right to change any of our offerings without prior notice.
